All orders in the UK include complimentary shipping. Parcels are now sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service direct to your office or home. Please allow two working days for your parcel to arrive, or contact us if a speedier delivery time is needed.

 

Delivery may take a little longer in the lead up to Christmas.

 

AUSTRALIA AND THE UNITED STATES

 

We welcome our customers in Australia and the United States. Shipping rates are applied at checkout. 

Since August 2025, import duties are levied by the US administration on all parcels entering the country. A charge of 10% is now included to cover this new tariff. Should you need to return your item for refund, please note that this 10% cannot be refunded. The same applies to international shipping costs. 

 

THE EUROPEAN UNION

 

Unfortunately we are still not shipping to the European Union because of the continued problems facing small exporters in the UK. We apologise to our European customers.
