Refund Policy

Returns are free within the UK. Returns from overseas are at the customer’s expense.

We are happy to refund or change any unsuitable items within 20 days for UK sales, provided that they haven’t been worn or washed and are in good shape for re-sale. We extend this to 30 days for international sales.

Please be careful to avoid perfume residue and make-up marks.

RETURNING YOUR AETHEL PACKAGE WITHIN THE UK

Returns for exchange or refund are made through Royal Mail. Please contact us at help@aethel.com for a free returns label. Please note that we are no longer using the Yodel returns portal.

Please fold the item back into its box, wrap the box securely, fix the label to your package and take it to the drop off point.

There are 7,400 drop off points throughout the UK but if you are not near one, please let us know and we will send you a RoyalMail returns label. Email us at help@aethel.com.

Once we receive the knitwear back in its original condition, we’ll immediately refund your money and send a confirmation email.

If you prefer you can simply return the items direct to us at aethel, 94, Cloudesley Road, London, N1 0EB. In this case, please keep your proof of postage.

RETURNING YOUR AETHEL PACKAGE FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

We do not offer free returns from outside the UK. Please fold your item back into its box, wrap up the box securely, fix the label to your package and post it back to us.

Once we receive the item in its original condition we will refund your money and send you an email to confirm. Please keep your proof of postage.
