Refund Policy
Returns are free within the UK. Returns from overseas are at the customer’s expense.
We are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items within 20 days for UK sales, provided that they haven’t been worn or washed and are in good shape for re-sale with no perfume residue or make-up marks.
RETURNING YOUR AETHEL PACKAGE WITHIN THE UK
Returns for exchange or refund are made through Royal Mail. Please contact us at help@aethel.com for a free returns label.
Please fold the item back into its box, wrap the box securely, fix the label to your package and take it to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail parcel drop-off point.
Once we receive the knitwear back in its original condition, we’ll immediately refund your money and send a confirmation email.
If you prefer you can simply return the items direct to us at Æthel, 94 Cloudesley Road, London, N1 0EB. In this case, please keep your proof of postage.
RETURNING YOUR AETHEL PACKAGE FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
We do not offer free returns from outside the UK. For a refund or exchange from overseas, please ensure that the correct postage is affixed to the returning parcel and that the item reaches us within 30 days of receipt of order.
Once we receive the item in its original condition we will refund your money and send you an email to confirm. Please keep your proof of postage.
