All baskets over £200 include complimentary shipping. All shipping is by DPD direct to your office or home. Please allow two working days for your parcel to arrive, or contact us if a speedier delivery time is needed.
Delivery may take a little longer in the lead up to Christmas.
Unfortunately we aren’t shipping to the European Union at present since there have been problems with delivery. Hopefully these will be resolved in the next few weeks and we will start shipping again.
Returns are free within the UK
We are happy to return any unsuitable items within 20 days provided that they haven’t been worn or washed and are in good shape for re-sale. If this isn’t enough time, please drop us an email or give us a call.
Simply click here, enter your order number, email address and select your reason for the return. You will receive an email allowing you to make your free return.
You can then find the most convenient local places to drop your package off and a link to track the progress of your return.
Please fold the item back into its box, wrap the box securely, fix the label to your package and take it to the drop off point.
There are 7,400 drop off points throughout the UK but if you are not near one, please let us know and we will send you a RoyalMail returns label. Email us at help@aethel.com.
Once we receive the knitwear back in its original condition, we’ll immediately refund your money and send a confirmation email. Otherwise, if you would prefer to, simply return the items direct to us at aethel, 94, Cloudesley Road, London, N1 0EB.
We do not offer free returns from outside the UK. Please fold your item back into its box, wrap up the box securely, fix the label to your package and post it back to us.
Once we receive the item in its original condition we will refund your money and send you an email to confirm.
